The sausage and apple quiche is excellent! A few food items have been added to the menu since I first reviewed the Beanhive, specifically a breakfast sandwich, consisting of bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese on a sourdough bun, and biscuits and sausage gravy. The "biscuits" are actually the house made sourdough buns. The gravy is rich, savory, and packed with sausage. I like to throw the staff a little curve ball by ordering the breakfast sandwich with a side of breakfast potatoes topped with the sausage gravy. It is DELICIOUS! Oh, and hours have expanded to 7 days a week! ”
